We sure have covered a lot of ground in these five modules.
What have been some of your favorite tools? I like appraising the situation as one of my favorites. That really has made a difference in my life...how about you? Using facts instead of feelings to determine my reactions is key. I use deep breathing to calm myself too.
Let's recap everything so far:
Do not criticize yourself EVER.
Think of what you want, not what you don't want.
Meditate and visualize your goals and your life.
Release your feelings surrounding situations.
Use your assertiveness and coping skills to handle emergencies.
