B. Goal Number 1

Goal number 1 is eating at certain times of the day. Make this a special time for yourself. You deserve to add fuel to your body and your mind is happy knowing you are feeding it's physical side.

Are you visualizing your goal? Use your senses to make it even more valuable.

"I focus on when to eat, not what to eat I eat at certain times during the day which are..." (Fill in the times for your three meals and two/three snacks and write in the present tense.)

Ok, so how are you doing with this goal?
