C. Goal Number 2

Did you evaluate how you did with goal number 1? If you need more time to work on that goal, go back and do four more days of just that goal. Reward yourself for doing a great job!

Goal number 2 is to write down everything you are eating and still using goal number 1 of eating at your preset times. Do this goal for four days.

How are you doing with this goal?
