Remember to evaluate your first two goals to make sure you are comfortable with them and that you have no trouble reaching those goals. Keep doing your daily work and focus on what you want. Do your meditation and so on.
Goal number three is to set a beautiful place setting where you dine. Make it a warm and inviting place that is calming to the eyes and soul. Make this your special time and place to add nourishment to your body and brain.
