E. Goal Number 4
As you can see, each goal is built on the foundation of the previous goals. How are you doing with evaluating and going back to spend more time on each goal if need be? Don't cheat yourself of any of these wonderful goals and rewards.
Goal number 4 is to adjust your snack times to 10 minutes per day and meal times to 20 minutes per day. You are finally getting into "normalized" eating times and habits and keeping your blood sugar levels at an even keel. Spend four more days on this goal and then evaluate to see how it is going. If you need more time, by all means take it! There is no rule as to how short or fast these goals need to be as long as you are able to reach them on your own and with little effort!
