B. Breathing
This is such a great mood altering tool that takes just a few seconds and I use it at the dentist! I love doing the deep breathing into the abdomen although you have to concentrate on it for first few times you do it. But I like the instant relaxation I feel. When I go to the dentist for anything big I try to use my deep breathing technique and I keep telling myself that I am OK.
Even slowing down your breathing deliberately is a good way to help you fall asleep better. At night you can be doing 10 minutes of meditation along with slow deep breathing and next thing you know it's morning!
