C. Meditating
Meditating with a positive affirmation can be super powerful. It's so easy to meditate and you can do this just about anywhere, even on your lunch break. Sometimes I go out for lunch and just sit in the sun for 15 minutes soaking up the warmth and not really thinking about anything in particular. I just feel the warmth and let whatever thoughts come into my head happen. Then I just return my mind to the warmth of the sun again. It is amazingly relaxing and centering. Just be sure that your time is uninterrupted.
I also use meditation at night before falling asleep. I do some deep breathing exercises and then clear my mind. I allow a thought to enter my mind and that is one of great positive healing rays of white light entering my body. Sometimes I also visualize myself in a place that I want to be. What I mean by that is I picture myself sitting at my desk in the early morning working on some healing tools that I have been wanting to get published and I picture how good I feel when I have finished it. You can picture yourself feeling happy and doing something wonderful that makes you smile. Keep that thought going.
