How are you doing creating your plan?
The first goal we set was to eat at certain times. Think of why you are doing that. We are focusing on when to eat, not what to eat. You are doing your body a favor by feeding it certain times so that your blood sugar level stay nice and happy! When we eat every few hours it helps our body by not allowing peeks and valley's internally. When your blood sugar level stays at a nice consistent pace it is happy, your cells are happy, your brain is happy...heck, everything is happy! So we are eating at certain times of the day to keep our body happy.
Keep your goals SMART. What are you going to give yourself as an appropriate reward?
Visualize yourself at night before going to bed doing this wonderful schedule or pattern for your mind and body.
