C. What to do with the hurt

Take the "hurt" that you want to work on and bring it to the front of your mind. Did you try to answer the questions with "YES" until you got through each one? Did you feel any suppressed feelings when you allowed yourself to think about your "hurts"?

Try going through the questions with each hurt you feel until you are at ease with it. Just let it be there in your mind. Allow yourself to acknowledge there is pain. No matter how hard you have tried to ignore the pain or how hard you deny it, it will still be there. Let it come forward and just be there.

How are you doing with the questions?
